Wray & Associates is the continuation of a law practice founded in 1965 by W.P. Wray, Jr. (deceased in 2017), now managed and operated by Russel W. Wray.
Wray & Associates continues to practice in the fields of construction law and civil litigation throughout Louisiana.
Our practice is statewide in both State and Federal court, as well as arbitration and mediation.
We are members of the Louisiana Associated General Contractors,Inc., Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., Louisiana Asphalt Pavement Association, American Bar Association, and the ABA Forum on Construction Law.

The attorneys of Wray & Associates have managed issues, whether in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or less formal negotiated settlements, for general contractors, subcontractors, trade associations, suppliers, owners, sureties, design professionals, and individuals involving construction matters, as well as other matters for businesses and individuals unrelated to construction (zoning matters, tort suits, collections, franchise disputes, etc.) throughout Louisiana.
Our experience also includes drafting legislation and representing construction industry groups as amicus curie in Louisiana courts.
We have authored numerous published works and educated the construction industry in various settings by presenting informal classes, as well as lecturing by invitation at Louisiana State University and other institutions.
