Sallie C. DuPont received a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications degree from Louisiana State University in 2002, with a concentration public relations and a minor in history. Sallie also earned a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from University of New Orleans, during which time she was awarded the Louisiana Hotel & Lodging Association PCMA Fellowship and the University of New Orleans Graduate Studies Scholarship.

Sallie earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, in 2010. Sallie also earned a Certificate in International Legal Studies. She is a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, and Forum 35.
